Bill Ring has been involved in the financial services industry since 1976. He received a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in economics and finance from California State University Long Beach. He continues his education to say abreast of new developments in the industry so that his clients receive comprehensive and strategic information. Bill is founder and President of Security Capital Portfolio Management, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisory firm. He is also licensed in insurance and real estate, and is a Registered Principal through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Thorough and innovative, Bill meets the standards of high net-worth investors. He focuses on investment, tax and retirement strategies. Bill brings his self-discipline, planning skills, and attention to detail, developed as a former military pilot, to the financial table to assist his clients in their investment decisions.

Bill has often shared his expertise on investment strategy, personal finance, economic and investment issues as a guest on various radio and television shows. He has been the radio host for “Financial Strategies for the 90’s and Beyond” and “Financial Strategies for the 21st Century”. He has also conducted many seminars throughout Southern California. Bill was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and Purple Heart while flying as a U.S. Marine Corps Helicopter Pilot in Vietnam.

Active in the community, Bill is founder of the “Vietnam Combat Pilot’s Association” and a supporter of the Devil Pups and Pyle’s Boys Camp. He resides in Mission Viejo, California and his wife Pam. In his leisure, Bill enjoys, cowboy shooting, golfing, fishing and the great outdoors.
