We use all of the information that we collect from you for the services that you request, and to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. We retain this information after you become a client including any correspondence or communication you may have with SCPM.

To provide the investment services clients have requested we may share or disclose information the firm receives with affiliates or others including custodians, broker/dealers, service providers and other third parties. This may include account statements, trade confirmations, capital gain & loss reports, management fees, etc.

To protect your information, SCPM restricts access to your information to those persons or entities that need to know your information to perform various required services. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards to protect your information.
